| This paper focus on the study to make a proper project construction plan underan effective project management organization so that the project can be fulfilled asexpected. The project management organization and construction plan are the core forthe whole project fulfillment, applied to manage all the teams and members involvedand schedule the construction progress for the overall project, also served as guidelinefor individual projects construction. The project fulfillment shall be arrangedcomprehensively by leverage of state-of-art engineering technology, complying withnational codes and standards, respecting design drawing and considering any ofspecific conditions of the project. At the same time, the contemporary projectmanagement method shall be applied to reasonably plan, organize, execute, superviseand control the project fulfillment in order to realize the targets on safety, progress,quality and economy.This paper fully analyzed the characteristics for main construction items,including piling work&examination, deep foundation pit excavation, bulk concretepouring&caring, isolation layer&anti-oil coating treatment, post foundationpreloading and settlement monitoring, etc., and proposed a comprehensiverecommendations on how to develop construction plan, quality assurance plan andEHS plan, which would undoubtedly serve as guideline for the construction.This paper also made suggestion on how to improve and innovate theconventional schedule control and quality control as well as project managementmethod, emphasizing the importance of integrating theory with practices in a flexibleway. Finally the paper pointed out clearly, a project would be completed successfullywhen it is guided by the subject theory described herein and is holding the respect of safety as top propriety, together with reasonably arranging the construction progressand reducing the construction cost. |
