Optimization Of Production System In Automobile Manufacturing Enterprise And Its Entropy Evaluation Model

In modern automobile manufacturing enterprise, optimizing automobile production system is an effective way to improve operation efficiency of the enterprise. Nowadays meeting customers’demand is one of the main targets for automobile manufacturing enterprise. At present, to satisfy customers’ personal demand, more and more automobile manufacturing enterprises start to employ BTO model to produce which means producing according to customers’ order. Therefore, this paper takes the automobile manufacturing enterprise under BTO production model as the research object to study the optimization of production system in automobile manufacturing enterprise and the evaluation of the optimization.These days entropy theory, as a systematic evaluation method, has been widely used in managing field. Hence, this thesis will apply it to the evaluation of the production system in automobile manufacturing enterprise and establish managing entropy evaluation model. The variation of entropy value reflects the order degree of production system in automobile manufacturing enterprise. If the entropy value decreases, the order degree of auto production system will increase, and vice versa. In the process of development, through constant updating, optimization and entropy reduction, automobile manufacturing enterprise improves the order degree of the production system to make it get into efficient and stable operation and let the enterprise gain greater competitive advantage.Based on the paper’s illustration that the production system in automobile manufacturing enterprise may become dissipation structure on some condition, this paper establishes the structure entropy model and state entropy model of the production system. And then it relatively optimizes the organizational structure of such production system and OTD process structure, and uses structure entropy model to analyze the validity of the optimization and verify its effectiveness by reducing entropy value and raising order degree. Thirdly, the paper optimizes the production scene in the assembly workshop through such methods as5S managing theory, and optimizes the layout of the stamping production line of automobile covering parts with group technology, then it uses state entropy model to analyze the validity of the optimization and proves the reasonableness and effectiveness of it through the reduction of state entropy value. Finally, the paper makes a conclusion and puts forward the prospect of this study. Meanwhile, it points out the next step of this research as well.
