Research On Automobile Enterprise Innovation Evaluation Based On Patent Text Analysis

With the development of economic globalization,the depth and breadth of world integration have continued to deepen,and the width of China’s opening to the outside world has further expanded,which has brought pressure to Chinese enterprises while bringing vitality to the economic market.In the face of challenges,technological innovation has become a powerful measure for enterprises to overcome difficulties and improve competitiveness and market share.As an important part of the manufacturing industry,automobile enterprises must be at the forefront of technological innovation if they want to achieve sustainable development.The establishment of a technological innovation evaluation system has become an important magic weapon for automobile enterprises to understand their own innovation status and industry innovation dynamics.Compared with the existing technology innovation evaluation indicators,this paper proposes to evaluate automobile enterprises from the four dimensions of technology innovation environment,technology innovation input,technology innovation output and technology innovation quality based on the research of existing technology innovation evaluation index system.The technical innovation capability of the company mainly completed the following tasks:(1)An improved Text Rank keyword extraction method based on multivariate feature weighting is proposed.This article proposes a multi-featured weighted improved keyword extraction method that focuses on the impact of the comprehensive features of words in a single document and document set on the keyword extraction effect.The main idea is to extract the semantic relationship features of words in the document set through the Word2 vec model and the importance of the words in a single document,then calculate the comprehensive influence of the word by linear weighting which is used to improve the probability transfer matrix in the Text Rank model.Finally,iterative calculation is used to select the top ranked words as the keywords of the document.By extracting keywords from automotive patent texts,it laid a technical foundation for using LDA model to identify innovation hotspots in the automotive field and further building technological innovation quality indicators.(2)Constructed an index system for evaluating the technological innovation capability of automobile enterprises.Based on the patent texts and financial data of automobile companies,an innovation evaluation index system for automobile companies is constructed from four dimensions: enterprise technology innovation environment,enterprise technology innovation investment,enterprise innovation achievements,and enterprise technology innovation quality.(3)Based on the entropy method to evaluate the technological innovation capability of automobile enterprises.Through combing the commonly used evaluation methods of technology innovation,it is found that the entropy method is more suitable for the evaluation index system of technological innovation constructed in this paper.As a kind of objective weighting method,the entropy method effectively avoids the interference of subjective factors,and can objectively and scientifically evaluate the technological innovation capability of enterprises.
