With the continuous development of packaging industry and the improvement of human awareness of environmental protection,the packaging materials with high strength,low pollution and easy degradation are becoming more and more popular in packaging enterprises.At present,with its unique advantages of low damage,the new paper yarn compounding bag by kraft paper is easy to decompose gradually,becoming the mainstream products in packaging of raw materials,such as chemical industry,fodder,building materials.However,due to the late start of the development of packaging industry in China,and high cost of foreign equipment,it is difficult to master key technologies.Therefore,it is of great significance to develop paper and yarn compounding bag bottom-pasting machine.This thesis analyzes the research background and significance of the bottom gluing machine by introducing development situation of the bottom gluing machine at home and abroad and combining it with factory needs,choosing a mature industrial automation technology to research and develop the control system of paper yarn compound bag bottom gluing machine.The main research content is as follows:(1)By analyzing the process flow and parameter index of the paste machine,the whole control scheme of the bottom pasting machine is determined.Servo drives,servo motors,sensors,stepper motor and frequency converter device are comprehensively used to design a set of PLC as control core yarn paper compound bag paste machine control system.(2)According to the signal type and total number,I/O points are determined and their addresses are allocated.The main circuit diagram and control circuit diagram are designed.In the control circuit diagram,the PLC input and output wiring diagram is designed,and the corresponding analog module is extended.By calculating the speed and inertia of the motor,the suitable servo motor is selected and the servo drive circuit is drawn.The driving circuit diagram of stepping motor is designed by common cathode connection.(3)According to the sequential control method in the PLC programming method,the overall flow chart of the control system of the bottom pasting machine is designed,and the flow chart and program of the finalization positioning device,the valve pasting mechanism,the pressing mechanism and the transmission mechanism are designed.In the valve pasting mechanism,the speed of the servo motor is controlled by the high-speed pulse of PLC.Meanwhile,the pulse counting of signals fed back by the incremental encoder was done with the high-speed counter;finally,the valve pasting was precisely controlled.In the transmitting part of the pressing mechanism,the stepper motor is selected to control the output number and frequency of the PLC,thereby controlling the stroke and speed of the stepper motor,and finally the bag cylinder is accurately sent to the designated mechanism.In the transmission mechanism,the high speed counter performs pulse count on the feedback signal of the encoder,and finally realizes the motor speed detection.(4)In monitoring subsystem,the configuration picture is divided by Win CC(Windows Control Center)flexible software design,including setting area,workspace,display area and operation area to address allocation of each area variables,eventually it is realized the overall monitoring and visual operation to paste the bottom by human machine interaction.
