Currently, pasting bottom of paper and yarn compounding bag mainly relies on manual operation which has the problem such as low efficiency, high rejection rate and labor shortage, etc. Therefore, designing a set of new automatic equipment for yarn and paper compounding bags bottom-pasting has important practical significance. The automation performance of the equipment is mainly reflected on the design of the control system. According to the main process, technical requirements and control features, a control system is designed, which is consisting of touch panel, PLC and its expansion modules, frequency conversion, servo motor, stepper motor, sensors and other modern components, which contain the subsystem design of the positioning and stereotypes of the paper and yarn compounding bag, the controlling of glue, the controlling of paste valve ad, the monitoring subsystem. The main design contents are as follows:(1) The subsystem of the positioning and stereotypes of the Paper and Yarn Compounding bag mainly use photoelectric sensors for the location and the detection of shape of the paper and yarn compounding bag, which contains the device of indentation and incision, the device of open the bag bottom, the device of the fixture of the device of the bag bottom and the device of the pressure the bag bottom so on.(2) The gelatinize control subsystem mainly used the simple screw slide module setting to carry out the glue, and utilized the EM231 RTD module to acquire the temperature signal, meet control requirement of the gelatinize device of the Paper and Yarn Compounding Bag Bottom-Pasting Machine devices.(3) The subsystem of controlling of paste valve mainly uses the servo drive system for the active control of paste valve, fulfill control requirement of the device of paste valve.(4) The Monitoring subsystem is mainly utilized the HMI technology, MP377 touch panel, to directly reflect the operation of the system state. The operator can monitor the production process in real time of each device of the Paper and Yarn Compounding Bag Bottom-Pasting Machine to achieve the value setting and state monitoring of the production process. According to the characteristics and main function of the machine, an overall plan of monitoring system is designed. Monitoring system is divided into six modules which are work module, operation module, show module, fault module, parameter setting module and output module, respectively. Finally, above functions are implemented by WinCC flexible software.Development of the control system for paper and yarn compounded bag bottom-pasting machine can continuously complete the paste production line. All kinds of bags can be pasted according to demands of customers. Production efficiency is also improved. The problems in automatic paste can be solved especially for paper and yarn compounded bag.
