Railway signal power supply system is a specialized system to supply power for computer interlocking,computer monitoring,train control,CTC,signal,track circuit,relay,switch machine and other equipment in the station signal system.It's the "heart" of the train interlocking and interval occlusion.Railway signal power supply system is applied from the power frequency ferromagnetic technology to the railway signal field.With the rapid development of railway technology,the power frequency ferromagnetic technology is gradually iterated by high-frequency power electronic technology.When the high-frequency power electronic technology is applied to the railway signal power system as a regulated power supply technology,the characteristics of good redundancy,strong adaptability,high power density,high safety,environmental protection and energy saving have been recognized by the industry.Under the background of the rapid growth of China's railway operation lines and the development of high-speed,high-density and high-intelligence,the research and development of new power system monitoring units is in line with current railway signal control to low cost,high efficiency and high reliability.It is also in line with the trends of information,networking,electronic and integrated automation.The railway signal power system is mainly divided into two parts:the power supply unit and the monitoring unit.The power supply unit is mainly composed of input power distribution,voltage regulation module,output power distribution and lightning protection.It is the core power distribution unit that provides stable voltage.The monitoring unit uses power electronics technology and computer technology to monitor the working status and operating parameters of the input,output voltage,current and voltage regulator modules,circuit breakers,and lightning protection modules of the power supply unit,and locate,alarm,and store,and upload fault information.At present,in the practical application of the railway signal power system,the implementation of the monitoring function is mainly realized by using the single-chip technology,and a small number of manufacturers use the programmable controller PLC or the industrial computer as the implementation.There are many problems in practice,such as:the acquisition frequency is too low to truly reflect the quality of the power supply;the port and capacity are insufficient,and the information from the UPS and other devices cannot be received and stored;the accuracy is low,large error;poor anti-interference ability.In order to solve the above problems,combined with the development direction of the railway industry,this paper has made a detailed demand analysis,clarified the overall requirements,acquisition unit requirements,information transmission requirements and central unit requirements,analyzed data communication design principles,configuration design principles,electromagnetic compatibility with design principles and structural design principles.According to the functional requirements and design principles,it has conducted device selection,hardware and software design and development,and prototype production with functional test/verification work.The monitoring unit uses the Windows operating system,developed using Microsoft Visual Studio Enterprise 2017,the programming language is C#,and the wpf(Windows Presentation Foundation)program is run.In order to improve the operation efficiency,the system adopts a multi-thread processing mechanism,each thread has an independent running space,and data is shared by internal variables.The data acquisition part adopts the powerful analog signal processing function chip TI C2000,piccolo series MCU processor,through high-speed acquisition of AC signal waveform,real-time calculation of various electrical parameters of AC signal,providing a powerful guarantee for system fault diagnosis.The monitoring center unit reserves the interface and memory space,and can exchange data with UPS,microcomputer monitoring,battery inspection instrument and other external devices for data reception and processing.After the design and development,the prototype was made and the monitoring unit was thoroughly tested according to unit's demand analysis.During the test,the data acquisition and curve drawing were accurate,the alarm positioning was correct,the data storage and upload networking functions were perfect,and the man-machine interface interaction was good.
