| Quality function deployment is a method that can be used in system design phase, it uses a method that guarantee the requirements coming from the customers or the market’s demands can be accurately transferred to the related technologies and measures in each stage of the product life cycle. as the conceptual design stage of the vehicle development, the customers’ satisfaction is the key measurement of the quality evaluation factors in car styling design; therefore, the quality function deployment method can effectively improve the design quality of car styling design.First of all, this thesis combines principles of process method of ISO/TS16949quality management system in the automobile design, divides the development process of car styling into three processes, the validation design processã€the3D digital model design process, and the entity model design process. analyses and summarizes the various factors that affect the process quality management, from the perception accuracy and machining precision angle, extracts all the technical characteristics of quality control in each process of car styling development; secondly, uses semantic database method to extract customers’ requirements of car styling design, and establishes the configuration of quality function index (QFD) model in car styling design according to the requirements of the customers and the process technology characteristics. thirdly, in order to obtain the most satisfactory result from the customers, decision making on quality function deployment model. in the process of decision-making, using the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process to determine the weight of customers’ requirement using fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method to obtain the correlation coefficient and technical characteristics between the requirements and the technical characteristics of the customers’ self correlation coefficient. according to the obtained data of the quality house model to establish the goal programming model, in order to maximize the customers’ satisfaction. finally, verifies the feasibility of the method combining with the actual development project of the car styling design. The aim of this thesis is to analyze and summarize the key process characteristics of the car styling design, and through the application of quality function deployment (QFD) method to plan the technical characteristics of various processes, thus improves the quality of car styling design from the customers’ angle. This thesis combines the research with the actual situation of car styling design closely, it has a certain practicality. |
