Turbine centrifugal compressor is a kind of high speed rotating machinery, industry is the key equipment in the produvtion, a wide range of applications. As a kind of industrial equipment, it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, natural gas pipeline, refrigeration and smelting and many other important department. The safe operation and the reliability of the device directly affects the economic benefits.In recent years due to the rapid development of industry, steam turbine as a prime mover driven compressor combination can satisfy users’ various complex conditions require. The Wood Ward505E steam turbine with electronic governor for steam turbine speed control, with the rapid development of industry, the microprocessor, computer and digital communication technology are developing rapidly, has generated large turbine compressor unit integrated control system based on ITCC. ITCC traditionally have required multiple discrete instrumentation such as anti-surging regulator, interlock system, electronic governor, load regulator to realize the functions are integrated in a high reliability three modules (TMR) redundant fault-tolerant control system, thus reducing the connection between each system and fault rate, reduces the long period operating costs, and provide the advanced control technology and good monitoring interface.In this thesis with a steam turbine driven turbine centrifugal compressor as the research object, through the ITCC to complete the following control related design content:Firstly, through the analysis of centrifugal compressor principle, overall design a set for Compressor Anti-surge, speed control and other aspects of the control system scheme, to solve the anti-surge control and speed control of the coupling relationship between. At the same time, through the pressure controller and speed controller series control design, implement process pipe parameters change without difference adjusting speed system.Secondly, statement of the steam turbine steam turbine governing system working principle and the hardware composition, the complete design of a set of speed control system of steam turbine to achieve drag the compressor set start, run, overspeed, parking and other functions. For compression unit stable operation has provided a guarantee.Thirdly, the application of regulate system in a production project proves that the set of control system design is reasonable and feasible.The whole control system is simple in structure, easy to maintain and extend, fast response speed, control precision, friendly man-machine interface, unit speed control is reasonable, can effectively improve the traditional throttle regulating control strategy of energy waste caused by the phenomenon, have good application prospects.
