Nowadays, Centrifugal compressor is key equipment in petroleum chemical industry and natural gas enterprise department. Therefore, the safe operation of centrifugal compressor is a very important index, but the centrifugal compressor surge is a great harmful factor that affects the index. Therefore, in order to guarantee the compressor operate safely, anti-surge control of centrifugal compressor is very important. In view of the centrifugal compressor vulnerable to surge phenomenon, This article uses ITCC surge technology to judge whether surge happens. In this paper, through controlling the output of the surge controller to control the opening of the backflow preventer, and through the control of the opening size of the backflow of the valve to keep the process remaining in a stable condition.In this paper, in order to solve the problem that the absolute parameter performance curve provided by manufacturers can not reflect inlet flow changes by the import and export gas condition, the paper applied similarity principle to similarly process to compressor parameters. Using BP neural network in MATLAB toolbox, Aiming at prediction of centrifugal compressor performance curve under any conditions.In this system, we use the TRICONEX controller as the control system. The paper embeds the revised performance curve into TRICONEX ITCC control module in the application, reach the goal of propylene refrigeration compressor anti surge control.
