Study On System Of Comprehensive Evaluation Of Regional Water Resources Carrying Capacity

Water is the source of life.Water resource is a kind of natural resourcesfor control ecological environment of and is the material of all social development.Asa strategic economic resource, water resource is an important part of a country’scomprehensive national strength.Water resources in a region being able to supporthow much social scale and development much became the develop scale and index ofregional development planning.comprehensive evaluation of regional water resourcesbearing is key issues of sustainable utilization of water resources.A systematicresearch on it has important theoretical value and practical significance.Based on the analysis of the present situation of water resources of China, theconcept of regional water resources carrying capacity is given.It is at present and acertain period of time in the expected future, with the premise of sustainabledevelopment, development and utilization of water resources can offer ability tosupport the region’s local economic,social development and ecologicalenvironment.Through the study of the regional water resources carrying capacityconcept and connotation, the use of system analysis theory, author establishedcomprehensive evaluation index and puts forward the selection of basic indicatorsused in AHP-Delphi method. At last,the eventual establishment of regional waterresources carrying capacity evaluation index system is builded.Based on thecomprehensive evaluation index system of regional water resources carrying capacity,author established the comprehensive evaluation model.The model realizes carryingquantity analysis and qualitative description of comprehensive evaluation of theregional water resources, with more simple operation process than other complexevaluation model, and can guarantee the objectivity and accuracy of evaluationresults. With the comprehensive evaluation of the established system, a case study isconducted on the bearing capacity of water resources in Zhengzhou and county ofLushan.The result of comprehensive evaluation on carrying capacity of waterresources in Zhengzhou in2006and2011is2.4and2.6.The result of comprehensiveevaluation of water resources carrying capacity of Lushan in2011is2.3.According tothe comprehensive evaluation results author analyzed in the horizontal and verticalcontrast.To the evaluation of regional problems, specific countermeasures is given.
