As the growth of the Chinese economy and the improvement of communication development, mobile phones are increasingly influencing and changing people’s life. Mobile phone market has become a rapidly growing consumer market, how to establish a good and unique brand image, how to make the brand have more appeal for consumers, has become the key of the mobile phone companies to preempt the market. Carrying on the research and design is not only to promote Hisense mobile phone brand image in Qingdao area but also to make its brand image bright. And it also want to make terminal sales stores image with local culture and build pleasant sales atmosphere to attract consumers and promote the purchase and improve the Hisense mobile phone brand in the area of the market share.According to composite mobile visual marketing present situation in the industry,this paper analyses the status quo of Hisense mobile phone brand promotion to evaluate the quality of Hisense mobile marketing and fix position of Hisense mobile phone brand image. Under the clear market position and analysis of Target consumers and potential consumers of Hisense mobile phone, we can make a direction for the promotion planning of Hisense mobile phone brand image. In the promotion planning of Hisense mobile phone and analyzing the relationship between regional culture and brand promotion, it established using fusion of Qingdao culture cartoon image to Hisense brand promotion of mobile under the direction of emotional marketing, visual marketing, animation and consumer awareness in Qingdao area. In following Hisense mobile phone cartoon image design conditions, combining with hisense visual identification system and studying the Qingdao local cultural symbolization,it extracts the high recognition of cartoon image design prototype and establishes series of cartoon image design according to extract and induct of modelling language and use semiotics theory,and ultimately, display the cartoon mascot which producted by self.
