Flat solar heating system is flat solar collector as the core component of hot water system, with its high absorption rate, good stability and advantages of easily combined with construction, is widely used in the European and American countries.To promote the pace of integration of solar water heater with building, company project for the development and popularization of new flat solar collector, flat solar heating system is put forward to improve perfect content and development direction and industrialization construction. It make the vacuum tube solar collector and flat solar system play their respective advantages, so as to better promote our province as well as the comprehensive and healthy development of the solar energy heat utilization industry in China to further accelerate the system energy development and utilization, promote energy conservation and emissions reduction work.This article through to analysis and study of domestic and international on a flat plate solar collector, in terms of the development of the solar selective absorption coating by digesting and absorbing foreign technology import as the main body, at the same time, combining the domestic reality problem such as technology development, market need and the cost, to determine the four development route of selective absorbing coatings; For tube plate metal flow collector and stainless steel full port collector optimization design. With new type of flat panel solar collector as the core component, designed and developed new balcony wall-mounted solar water heating system and family pressure solar hot water system, one-piece flat solar hot water system and centralized-decentralized solar hot water system, combining with the characteristics of the current construction and designed for different buildings solar hot water system, to achieve the combination of solar energy and the building integration..Innovative work in this paper is mainly manifested in the following aspects:research and de velopment in ultra pure ferritic stainless steel surface using into the preparation of selective absor bing coating, SangLe vector battery metal-the dielectric coating mixture structure absorption rat io can reach0.95, the emission is lower than0.08, the200℃,3000hours of aging, decay rate lo wer than3%; Ultra pure ferritic stainless steel whole plate collector USES full port the whole pla te thermal siphon design, with high heat transfer efficiency, small heat resistance, flow with chen g, traffic equilibrium, etc; Combining with the characteristics of the different construction of the new hot plate solar collector and the building integration system design and optimization.
