In recent years, Product market environment is becoming serious increasingly.To facing the severe market challenge, companies focus on cultivating their ownunique core competitiveness. After industrial design entered into the enterprises, withits’ powerful creativity and potential were recognized gradually by more and moreenterprises, it become the core competitiveness of the enterprise long-term stabledevelopment.With the cooperation becoming frequent and in-depth between industrial designand enterprise, the problems in the cooperation started, for example there are all sortsof differences affecting the normal process of cooperation, and particularly the mostintense conflict will start between enterprise staffs and designers when the nextdirection decision for design should be done. In general, when disagreements andconflicts occurred in evaluating decisions, the enterprise managers would usemanagement means to calm them down, but this method can’t solve the problem ofdifferences and conflicts fundamentally. The reasons of generating disagreement andconflict in the evaluation process are very complex, the differences of evaluationcriteria and evaluation psychological factors may be the causes of problems, simpleorganization management means can’t touch the psychological level to solve theproblem.Aiming at these problems, the research tentatively explores the psychologicalcharacteristics of the evaluators to find the root causes of differences and conflictsfrom the viewpoint of design art social psychology, then making differences andconflicts ease or converted into promoting factors in favour of team interaction. Toscheme evaluation process of Changsha Sany heavy industry enterprise as a case,through observing the behavior of each evaluator in the design evaluationenvironment, the research objectively analyzes the real state of mind behind behaviorof each evaluator on the basis of the theory of design art social psychology, thencompares and summarizes the psychological characteristics of evaluators in thedifferent profession and field to find out the root cause of the conflicts and differences,and finally put forward building benign interactive relationship in the design reviewin order to improve the enthusiasm of team members to work and create, and promoteenterprise and industrial design cooperate smoothly and efficiently.
