Rotating mechanical equipment plays an important role in industrial production.Once it breaks down,it may bring serious impact on enterprises and society.Therefore,it is of great significance to strengthen the research on Vibration Testing Technology of rotating machinery and equipment to ensure the safe and stable operation of rotating machinery and equipment.Based on the analysis of the existing vibration analysis methods of rotating machinery,the vibration signal acquisition and analysis system is realized by STM32,LabVIEW and MATLAB.The whole system is composed of data acquisition system of lower computer and data analysis system of upper computer.The lower computer first completes the hardware circuit design of signal acquisition module,data storage module,LCD display module and serial port data transmission module;then it uses adxl345 accelerometer to collect vibration signal,which is transmitted to STM32 through SPI bus after acquisition,and realizes data storage,spectrum display and serial port transmission in STM32.The cmsis-dsp library provided by arm is used for spectrum calculation.In the upper computer LabVIEW,the data transmission from the lower computer to the upper computer is realized by using the visa node,and the vibration signal display and spectrum analysis are completed in LabVIEW.Finally,matlab script is used to realize Fourier correlation transform and molette wavelet transform by inner product transform analysis.As a widely used analysis method,inner product transform analysis integrates Fourier analysis,correlation convolution analysis and wavelet analysis into a unified system.It can analyze time-varying and time invariant signals in frequency domain,filter analysis and scale analysis,and correctly analyze and process various dynamic signals.At last,the single frequency signal and the simulation signal are analyzed in detail,which verify the rationality of each link of the system.The measured vibration signal of the gas turbine is analyzed and the evaluation of the vibration state of the unit is given.
