With the demand of further “urbanization", power grid construction need to adjust itsdeveloping direction quickly. In the historical process of power grid construction, the earlyand middle stage of medium voltage distribution network is being built based on the users’requirements, which are guided, scientifically and reasonably, by the prophase planning that isfit for the regional development. Analysis and research of grid planning in the new periodshould be scientifically and rationally planned by combining the latest requirements to carryout the urbanization construction goal of network programming, that is we need to combinethe distance, to guide the construction and development of power grid in a certain directionand with a proper target, and to avoid the waste of investment on the repetitive constructionand disorderly construction, which altogether is of great significance for grid construction anddevelopment. At the same time, with the development of social economy and theimprovement of people’s living standards, the requirements to power supply reliability isgetting higher and higher, and the power supply reliability has become necessary to meet thedemand of the users and the development of electric power enterprises, and is also animportant problem that the power grid planning analysis research need to solve.Setting Jidong County as an example of the plan for the rural power grid, this articleanalyzes the present situation of distribution network combined with the practical constructionof distribution network in Jidong County to forecast the electric power demand. Classificationof the power supply areas and plan of distribution network suitable with the classification tobuild reasonable network frame meet the demand for increasing power load in all regions. Theprinciples of network construction fitting into the classification of power supply areas areformulated to instruct the construction of distribution network in the future. The quality andreliability of power supply as well as energy conservation and loss reduction are made to liveup to the planning standard through the plan and construction of distribution network in thekey area.
