The electric power supply pressure has been increasing with the rapid developmentof the economics year by year. More extensive in distribution and power grid today, dueto the decentralized supply line distance, structure, make the power accidents this yearincreased year by year, the security problem of power have become increasinglyprominent. I worked in the electric power enterprises, in the actual work often involveselectrical safety issues. There is plenty of equipment in substation, such as transformers,circuit protection switch, isolating switch. No matter what kind of equipment failure,will cause a great loss.The background of this thesis is to assist a power company the development ofremote monitoring system of a set of electrical equipment, due to the requirements ofpower equipment monitoring system based on Web, design and development of systemdesign using B/S mode, the system data, stored in the Oracle database support largesystem. System development is realized by Visual Studio2010integrated developmenttools, system architecture based on MVC design pattern. In the design of the system, themain applications include environmental monitoring technology, video monitoringtechnology and.NET Web technology. This thesis mainly discusses the design andimplementation of the monitoring system of power equipment.Including the problems to be solved in this thesis, the power equipment the fullrange of equipment monitoring from each state, equipment infrared temperature, voltagestate, due to a number of power equipment, such as power lines, transformers and otherinstallation in the wilderness in remote areas, so the more remote areas, through theremote control of the system will be able to implementation of equipment, saves themanpower cost and time cost, but also can improve the alarm equipment failure rate,and can in equipment failure, rapid fault location, fault. Because of the need for acomprehensive monitoring of equipment, so the core technology of equipmentmonitoring technology is this: by RFID radio frequency technology, location, conditionmonitoring of equipment; the intelligent infrared temperature monitoring for powerequipment; the wise can monitor voltage voltmeter equipment of electric powerequipment.This thesis firstly introduces the background and significance of research project, then the project needs a detailed analysis in the design stage, from the overall design toeach module are given a detailed design, this thesis is focused on system development,in the development process of the whole project, refining the core module is verypractical general, greatly improving the efficiency of the development, but also theenterprise application system for the future and lay a solid foundation. Finally hascarried on the detailed system testing, including functional testing and performancetesting.
