This is a new residential project with a relatively huge dimensions. There are650,000square meters construction area in this project, and it will be divided into seven batches to becompleted. It can accommodate more than five thousand families of about16000people afterthe completion. As the project development cycle is very long and tight schedule for eachbatch, before and after participation in a number of construction units, construction andinspection work are so tedious, therefore, it’s very important to make a scientificmanagement for the project as a developer. not only to the whether the project can be carriedout according to plan, promote, acceptance, delivery, and involve complex contractperformance, cost claims and other issues, which ultimately affect the ultimate goal of theproject can be profitable.I stood in this construction unit project manager’s perspective, the entire constructionphase of the project the whole process of project management. Respectively, from theconstruction of the project focused on quality, safety, cost, schedule, contract management, information management, and on-site construction and other aspects of organization andcoordination of multi-faceted analysis, and integrate theory with practice, the use of avariety of research and analytical methods of the above project management of a scientificand systematic research, such as: quality management application causes analysis, Paretoanalysis method; safe management application Heinrich causal chain theory; costmanagement application schedule cost method, the cost control chart; schedule managementapplication of PDCA theoretical methods. The project will eventually managementexperience and project management experience of similar comparison, draw some generalmanagement program, as a follow-up to provide a useful reference for similar projects.
