| Throughout the current status quo of the domestic infrastructure sector has been thesecurity industry of the high incidence of accidents and safety incidents. This will not onlymake the lives of the people and the state property suffered huge losses, and returned to thehealthy and sustainable development of enterprise and industry to bring a lot of negativeimpact, and even caused a great threat to social stability and national economic development.Years, although our established construction safety management system, but each year thenumber of deaths due to infrastructure construction safety incidents are still thousands ofpeople each year due to infrastructure construction safety accidents caused direct economiclosses of over ten billion yuan. At this stage, in the context of the National4trillioninvestment in infrastructure, rapid development to ensure production goals of infrastructureconstruction safety has become the focus of attention of the whole society.In this paper, the status quo of China’s security management, through research anddiscussion of the project construction safety management LYXC in order to find a reliablesecurity management mode, thereby reducing the risk of construction safety through safetymanagement system. In this paper, the basic site construction safety management analysis,pathway analysis and control structure analysis, to explore the influencing factors of siteconstruction safety management. In this paper, on-site construction safety management,analysis of the project site construction safety management control methods and controlapproach, and to establish the control structure of the project site construction safetymanagement system. On this basis, building the project site construction safety managementcontrol model of economic benefits, the economic benefits of the project site constructionsafety management.Theory and practice combined, on the basis of the previous theoretical studies,combined with the actual situation of a LYXC project, project management and engineeringand technical means, as well as on-site construction safety management control system, tobuild a reliable security management mode. In the study, the empirical analysis. The use ofempirical analysis, induction and summarize project site construction safety management athome and abroad, to explore the project site suitable for construction safety managementcontrol system of pathways and control structures to form better the economic benefits of project construction safety management control model.At the end of this article, the study draws some of the most important factors inconstruction safety management, at the same time raised the issue deserves further study. |
