The Risk Management Of Road Construction Project On Stakeholders

In recent years, with the progress of industrialization, modernization and urbanization and agricultural modernization, roads play more and more important role in China. However, a series of problems has been exposed as the dramatic development of highway and quality risk, duration risk, the cost risk hinder the highway function effectively, so it is crucial to manage the construction scientific and effectively to security the projects successfully completed and the development of China in economic and social.In the perspective of stakeholders, applying the research method of literature, this thesis used the research method of theory and empirical study to analyzing the stakeholders in road construction program and finding out the relationship between risk and various stakeholders and raising some suggestions basing on classic risk management theory.This article get following research base on stakeholders theory:Part one describes the stage of highway construction in our country and problems in general, and the importance of risk management from the perspective of stakeholders in the project, and introduced the background, objectives and r significance of this thesis.Part two firstly gives an introduction of stakeholders, project risk management theories, summarized stakeholder related theory and risk management on highway construction project. This section mainly studies the origin and development of stakeholder theory, as well as the traditional model of construction project risk management theories, for follow-up studies.Part three analyzed the risk of project stakeholders on highway construction. First of all this charter determined the identification and recognition of the principle, and found out the major stakeholders in highway construction projects and conducted an assessment of their interest that they may have a conflict with each others.Part four focuses on the reaction to the risks from the perspective of the stakeholders. First of all was demonstrating the relationships between stakeholders and project risks, then discussed risk management principles and the basis, according to under contracts or not, applying various matters.Part five firstly introduced the background of the project, and gave the identification and analysis of the project stakeholders, and finally, basing Caihe Road Highway reconstruction project, defined the stakeholder of the project, and discussed approach on the risk management and gave an example for other road risk management.
