Movable rolling teeth planetary transmission with three actuating wave is a kind of movable rolling teeth planetary transmission,its structure is simple, especially the combined form of roller and the drive ring has obvious advantages, changed the past parallelogram form of output mechanism, shorten the transmission chain, need not use soft ring, avoids using a soft ring produced a series of problems, but also can reduce the energy loss of delivery process, improve the transmission performance. Movable rolling teeth planetary transmission with three actuating wave, actuating wave wheel center of mass is almost in the center of rotation, self balance performance is good, the whole body have6kinds of different installation ways, two roller number option form, through different forms of combination, can get total of12different transmission effect, already can achieve growth movement, also can realize slow movement, and the transmission ratio range is big (0.01~100), use range wide, have very important meaning in the mechanical transmission, research and simulation on three actuating wave roller movable tooth planetary transmission principle, to reduce the design cost, improve the design quality, reduce noise, improve the bearing capacity, and plays an important role in prolonging service life.This article mainly explores in the following aspects:(1) proved that12ratio of the three actuating wave roller movable tooth under different conditions;equation of the theory of tooth profile and the actual tooth profile is derived for the actuating wheel and the inner ring, using Matlab simulated;the kinematics analysis was carried out on the roller centroid displacement, velocity, acceleration, and influence of amplitude on them, a simulation is conducted with Matlab.(2) using PRO/E3d modeling and kinematics simulation, found running well without interference, to prove the correctness of the previous derivation.(3) work out the curvature radius and pressure angle on different positions of the inner ring tooth profile, and analyzes the relevant parameters on the influence of curvature radius and pressure angle, analyzes the inner ring tooth profile distortion. (4) combining ansys13.0workbench with PRO/E, three actuating wave roller movable tooth planetary transmission is established in finite element model, and has carried on the modal analysis, obtained three actuating wave roller movable tooth planetary transmission of natural frequency and vibration mode. Through analysis of cloud image and animation display, roller and the drive ring stiffness of influence on modal, and through the analysis of cloud image and animation shows, can find the maximum contact deformation appears near the tip, the inner ring gear meshing center section design must pay attention to the inherent frequency and vibration mode, which has profound significance to improve the quality of design products.
