Agent System Based On The Risk Management Of Government Investment Projects

With the development of national economy, China has entered the stage oflarge-scale infrastructure construction, followed by an increase in governmentinvestment projects, the proportion of investment in fixed assets account for a growingshare. Therefore, the strengthening of government investment projects to promoteproject management is an important work, a very important constructive. Now, China’sgovernment investment project agent system project management is increasingly beingused as a model. And some industry associations are also actively promoting agentsystem model as a government investment project management methods. However, riskmanagement as a project management system is an important component of thegovernment investment projects in and did not get a good application, this paper basedon the above background, system mode of government investment projects carried outunder a risk management research, do a bit basic tasks:(1) A systematic analysis of the system mode as well as risk management andgovernment investment projects and their content, system mode with other projectmanagement model were compared with analysis of its strengths and weaknesses.(2) System project from different angles to identify the risks, obtained the differentnature of the government system project risk, risk to a reasonable risk management.(3) From the perspective of the government to establish a system project risk evaluationindex system risk, risk model was constructed, and through Linyi Cairo Bridge anempirical study.(4) Risk-sharing principle is proposed for risk analysis, risk management, professionalmanagement.
