Study On The Transformation Of Renewal In Guangzhou Panyu District Village Street City

Old urban renewal is an important measure to put forward the city development inthe transitional period, has the profound influence to the construction of the city. On thedevelopment of "the national capital" and "National Center City" goal, Guangzhou isorderly in old urban renewal, and toward the "improving people’s livelihood, perfectcity function, optimizing space layout and improve the overall quality of the citydevelopment" direction of transformation. The village street is located in GuangzhouCity, northwest Panyu District. At present, with the planning and construction ofGuangzhou South Railway Station area and Panyu metro, the pattern of changes in thelocation of the village. The new village space and spatial location had obvious change,will usher in a new stage of development.This paper is the renovation in the study village street down the background of thecity. The thesis takes Guangzhou Panyu District village street, city renewal as theresearch object, theory with practice, to analyze and research to the concrete problemsof renovation of village street in the city, this paper analyzed the present situation of thevillage street and existing problems, discusses the village street in the old city renewalscheme, finally according to the specific problems, put forward countermeasures andmeasures suitable for the village street, city renewal and development.First of all, the introduction part expounds the background and significance ofdefining the relevant concepts, research, and the research status at home and abroadwere reviewed, and the research objects and methods.
