With the rapid development of the smart grid, the performance of power equipments has been rapid improvement and development. DC panel is an important part of power system,which plays an important role in the safety and stable operation of the state grid and power system. As an important component of the DC panel system modules,the importance of monitoring system,which directly determines the function and stability of DC panel and plays an irreplaceable role in the DC panel system.There are some shortcomings of current prevalence domestic DC panel monitoring system, such as the low real-time ability, the lack of centralized monitoring;On the other hand, though the foreign DC panel monitoring system is much better in performance, the high price and the core technology blockade hinders application in domestic.Based on the discussion above,this paper developed a low-cost and high-performance real-time monitoring system that can meet the main DC panel application monitoring capabilities, but also to adapt to the rapid development of smart grid. It has a high potential for replication in DC panel production environment of the current domestic.This system adopted μC/OS-Ⅱ real-time operating system to achieve real-time and multitask scheduling problem of DC panel monitoring system, using Modbus protocol which widely used in industrial fields as its communication protocol,developed program of low level driver and the upper application on it and achieved intelligent battery management and PC "four remote"(telemetry, remote communication, remote adjustment and remote control) functions. At the same time,using the DGUS screen as a monitor system of industrial man-machine interface, achieve a monitoring system information display and interactive control for system control. Realization of this system can achieve the goal of real-time processing, controlling data and intelligent battery management and PC interactive function,can be applied most domestic DC panel systems, has a high marketing potential and value.
