With the rapid development of power electronics and power electronic devices and microprocessor, as well as various motor models and advanced control technology, which greatly promoted the development of motor speed control, making high precision, wide speed range, control the good performance of the motor controller is possible to achieve. In this paper, the vector control principle for the control of the system core, TI’s digital signal processor (DSP) of TMS320F2812and the7MBI50N-120intelligent power module (IPM) for the inverter switching devices, the use of space voltage vector pulse width modulation (SVPWM), design a digital pulse width modulation (PWM) speed control system, to build a DSP-based induction motor vector control system platform.Controlled object to the asynchronous motor, the analysis of the vector control principle, the establishment of the motor model of asynchronous motor in different coordinate system, the nature of the vector control theory and its decoupling. Transform the asynchronous motor three-phase stationary coordinate system of each variable to the two-phase rotating coordinate system, and then the rotor magnetic field orientation, making the stator winding current magnetic field component and torque component decoupling, which will speed performance of the induction motor greatly increased. In this paper, the current model vector control system block diagram provides a theoretical basis for building the platform of the SVPWM vector control system. Voltage space vector pulse width modulation works, compared with SPWM, SVPWM has a high voltage utilization, easy to implement as well as switching losses small.In this paper, the design of the vector current controller of the control system using PID control, taking into account the characteristics of the controlled object, and rapid response requirements, and is accompanied by the rapid development of computer technology and power electronics technology as the basis for modern AC variable speed technology has made long-term progress, especially vector control technology, AC Speed Control System can and DC speed control system is comparable to the core of computer-controlled AC variable speed to replace the analog control for DC motor has become a development trend.TI’s digital signal processor (DSP) of TMS320F2812as master chip design variable frequency drive circuit, and combined on the basis of the above theoretical model, the control method applied to the actual control circuit diagram of part of the circuit schematic for analysis. Finally, from the inverter board and PC communication, PC simulation and software design of the inverter board position software implementation process of the entire inverter board.
