| In recent years, the economic growth is fast, more and more infrastructure projects are come into the construction, so the number of the construction of tunnel engineering also becomes more and more. But the sale of the construction of tunnel engineering is big, geological conditions is complicated, construction difficulty is high, and the tunnel is affected by the surrounding environment. To ensure the safety of tunnel construction, we need do the research in the tunnel construction safety risk management. In this article, we take the Que Er Shan tunnel as the research object, analyzes the special natural geographical attributes for its high altitude, cold weather.QueErShan tunnel is located in the western part of China, where the altitude is more than4000meters, belongs to the alpine high altitude climate, the top issue in construction process we face is the need of oxygen and cold. In this article, through field survey and experts investigation, we identify the QueErShan tunnel in construction process. The main risk is plateau reaction, tunnel freezing damage, the hole instability, and sort the several kind of security risk events, determine the major risk events. According to the characteristics of the QueErShan tunnel, we selected7indicators and26secondary indexes, and set up the QueErShan tunnel construction safety risk evaluation index system. Then based on the relevant theory of fuzzy mathematics, we evaluate QueErShan tunnel construction safety risk.In this paper, the main idea is that quantify the risky factor of the QueErShan tunnel through fuzzy Set Theory, then use analytic hierarchy process (AHP) to evaluate the weight of each factor in the QueErShan tunnel construction safety risk, finally, evaluate the QueErShan tunnel construction safety risk. According to the maximum membership degree principle, we get that the risky level of the QueErShan tunnel construction is Level3, belongs to the conditional acceptance. According to the characteristic of QueErShan tunnel, this paper puts forward that in the tunnel construction we need to do a good job in the protection of the construction personnel needs, set up oxygen system, set up clinics; Also, to do a good job of keeping warm, guarantee the construction personnel and engineering is not affected by cold. |
