Since the1990s, with the economic development and living standards improve, people ’s train ride comfort requirements are also increasing, especially for the vehicle ’s temperature, humidity, air quality and other environmental parameters inside the increasingly high demand. Air-conditioning system has adjustable passenger indoor temperature, humidity, air velocity and direction and the filtration and purification of air inside and other functions, having a decisive role for regulating interior environment.Air-conditioning systems are growing importance for passenger comfort, air conditioning systems EMU study are also increasingly important. Control system is the backbone of the inverter air conditioner, the study and optimization of the control system is very important to the air conditioning system improvement and optimization.In this paper, based on the theoretical analysis of CRH2EMU conditioning inverter control system, using Matlab/Simulink software built EMU inverter air conditioner control system simulation model to study the feasibility of using frequency control system to control EMU air conditioning. First, Analyzed the structure and principle of CRH2inverter air conditioning system, the structure and principle of control system, and described a variety of operating modes and associated runtime constraints. Secondly, the study analyzed the basic parameters of inverter air conditioner compressor and control methods, the establishment of the compressor double-loop vector control system, can achieve a better compressor soft start and speed control. Then the study analyzed the characteristics of EMU passenger compartment and the heat load, the establishment of the passenger compartment and the heat load of the simulation model can simulate the actual operation of the EMU in the passenger compartment environment. Then, construct comprising a compressor, indoor and outdoor fans, passenger compartment environment and related the whole frequency control system inverter air conditioner system simulation model to achieve EMU inverter air conditioner starts cooling, excessive phase and all-day hourly simulation. From both the cooling mode and temperature feedback control method two areas has been optimized, optimized inverter air conditioning system can be adjusted to achieve a more stable passenger compartment temperature. Finally, a thermal relay, internal thermostats, pressure switches and high-voltage switching operation fault detection model, and had a fault simulation and fault analysis, providing some reference for the EMU air conditioning fault detection analysis. In this paper, the simulation of inverter air conditioner control system based on Matlab/Simulink can provide a reference for the actual EMU conditioning inverter control system study optimization.
