Research On The Progress Management Of Air Conditioning System Project Of Data Center In A Company

In recent years, data center has been widely used in all fields of our national economy with the popularity of Internet and the continuous development of information technology. Project schedule management of data center, at the same time, is becoming the hotspot of researches. Air conditioning system project of data center is an important part of data center construction. Regarding the data center project of A company, the air conditioning system project is the key line of the data center project. A well management on the process of the key route of the air conditioning system can not just improve the schedule management of the data center project of A company, but also avoid extra construction delay, so as to ensure the smooth and punctual completion of the data center project of A company.Quantitative analysis and qualitative analysis were adopted in this paper to analyze and discuss the schedule management for the air conditioning system project of data center in A company. In this research, the research background and meaning, domestic and oversea research status, research content and methods of this paper were introduced. The concept of project schedule management was explored deeply to lay a theoretical foundation for the following contents. Based on the theoretical researchers, basic situations as the background and layout of the installation service of the data center in A company were discussed in this paper. Based on the project analysis, the project schedule development of PERT network was put forward. Network planning was used to gain and optimize the key route, which shortened the construction period of air conditioning system installation project effectively. Finally, aiming at the current project schedule management, execution and control of the air conditioning system schedule plan of the data center in A company were put forward in this paper. In this paper, the problems during the schedule management of the air conditioning system project of data center in A company were combed systematically, which is very meaningful to the future construction of the air conditioning system of data center in A company.
