As a carrier for the development of tourism, Scenic Area has the dual pressures of tourism development and sustainable development of scenic, the contradiction of protection and use is more and more prominent. Driven by economic interests, tourism investors have done uncontrolled commercial development and a lack of awareness of conservation planning and construction, many scenic resources have been varying degrees of damage. The landscape resource is scarcity, fragile and non-renewable, once destroyed, the impact on the quality of the scenic landscape and even the ecological environment will further remedial and punitive action would not help. How to protect the good scenic landscape resources of the living space, the landscape resources is not compromised, has become a serious challenge in current.Boundary marking is the key issue of general management plan of Famous Scenic Sites. In the process of urbanization Famous Scenic Sites’ boundary plays an important role in scenery resources protecting. The demarcation of the boundary as a means of coordinating the protection and development of Scenic, contribute to the protection and sustainable use of landscape resources, but the effect of this means is not obvious. The main reason is the lack of relevant theoretical system and limited technical means. The demarcation of the boundary lack of a scientific basis for the actual implementation process and clear quantitative system analysis results are very subjective, so Boundary marking planning guidance is unconvincing. Based on the comprehensive analysis of domestic and foreign The demarcation of the boundary on the theory and practice, Focusing on the main problems of Famous Scenic Sites’ boundary, this paper gives a study on Famous Scenic Sites’ boundary cognizance. The paper summarizes the main characters and contents, and presents boundary marking cognizance of Famous Scenic Sites’ boundary,This paper analyzes advantages and disadvantages of these methods. Then, provides a new method of boundary demarcation which can be called "Overlay Analysis Based on Elements".Next, the new method shows the improvement of the existing methods,and Puts forward a specific technical line.In the process of boundary demarcation,Principal Component Analysis and Correlation Analysis and elements can refine the data.Boundary inspection can determine a more reasonable boundary.Finally,the paper gives a case study of HouPing Sinkhole Chinese National Park to show the new method of boundary demarcation. The paper is divided into four parts:The first part consists of Chapters I and II, first introduced the topics of the background, purpose, meaning and paper research, research methods and technology roadmap, and then interpret and summarize related concepts and relevant research of domestic and foreign in related field;The second part is the theoretical part, including the third and the fourth chapter of the thesis, first presents boundary marking cognizance of Famous Scenic Sites’ boundary, Then, provides a new method of boundary demarcation which can be called "Overlay Analysis Based on Elements".make use of GIS technology to analyze and overlay the relevant factors, and specifically addressed the Principal Component Analysis and Correlation Analysis and elements can refine the data.Boundary inspection can determine a more reasonable boundary method based on GIS;The third part is the project practical part of Chapter V of the article. Take the Chongqing HouPing Sinkhole Boundary marking as an example, Select the border demarcation-related elements analyzed, giving the right to re-factor based on the elements。scenic resource concentration as great impact factor of Boundary marking for overlay analysis, the second part of the Boundary marking method has been proven;Fourth part article, Chapter6summarizes the contents of the text of this stage of research, and to be deepened.
