As a kind of low-carbon environmental protection of new and high efficient mode of transport, the drop and pull transport fits the requirements of the development of the logistics industry in China today. The drop and pull transport is a good transport mode which is advocated by governments in China’s12th Five-Year Plan. The development of the drop and pull transport needs a goods station as the necessary base. But at present the station of the drop and pull transport is still in the backward position in our country.The station of the drop and pull transport is the development foundation of drop and pull transport. The reasonable layout and scientific operation plays a very important role to our healthy and quick development of our country modern transportation. The plane layout of the drop and pull transport station is an important part of the station, which has an important role to improve the internal operation level land use saving. Through the plane layout of the drop and pull transport station, it can improve the logistics efficiency, improve the logistics organization level and the intensive degree, thus promote the whole logistics node network operation ability, promote the city and regional economic development.This thesis takes the A drop and pull transport station in Fuzhou as an example, and makes a research on the problem of transport station layout and simulation, which from the following several aspects:First of all, through the drop and pull transport station transportation development analysis, based on the current analysis of the research situation at home and abroad, it elaborated several layout method, and choose the SLP layout design method and genetic algorithm and simulation method to solve transport station plane layout problem.Secondly, the internal production processes and functions zones of drop and pull transport station were analyzed, and applied the system layout method (SLP) to obtain comprehensive correlation between the various functional areas. This part is the foundation of layout optimization and simulation and adjustment.Then, join a genetic algorithm in the SLP layout and put out the objective function and under constraint conditions, establishment the mathematic model, using Matlab software to carry on the calculation, after convergence it can get a layout scheme. Next, based on Flexsim simulation software, dynamic simulation models of drop and pull transport station was built. The simulation runs for a period of time, to assess the operating fluency among various functional areas, the overall balance of the operating tempo and efficiency of facilities in the station, and thus improve the station layout scheme drawn above.Finally, the review and conclusions of this thesis are summarized and the future research work is sketched out.
