Iron and steel industry is the industry of a country life, and the iron ore is the main raw material of iron and steel enterprises, so the iron ore is a very important resource for the country. At present, the first of China’s iron ore output can be ranked in the world, but in the iron ore import volume ranking, China also has been tight in the first. The causes of this situation lies not in our industry is developed, but the average grade of ore in China and the global iron ore compared far apart, with the iron and steel industry development, leading to China’s dependence on imported iron ore greatly increased. Ma’anshan iron and steel Limited by Share Ltd is one of China’s large iron and steel enterprises, the upper reaches of the Yangtze River is located in Nanjing City, the geographical position is superior. Because the domestic iron ore production of poor quality, steel and high grade ores, ore quantity and Magang self-sufficient and less, most still need to import iron ore. According to the trend in today’s society, energy-saving emission reduction, combined with the characteristics of shipping emissions, reducing sulfur emissions of ships based on the idea of adding sulfur emissions, cost in the operation cost, combined with the actual situation in Ma’anshan iron and Steel Group import Australian ore, after have on transport scheme, waterway and port etc. conditions were analyzed in detail, the number of arrange transportation shipping best path and each path in order to minimize the total costs, while the cost to achieve the purpose of energy saving.
