With changing the way of economic development in our country, the gradualimprovement of the level of urbanization and rising labor costs, competition in theconstruction market will be increasing, the construction enterprises in vulgarmanagement will be unsustainable. As a construction project construction enterprisessource of profits, construction project has drawn increasing attention in constructionenterprises. How to improve construction project management level, build well everyone projects, establish a good social reputation, for its continuous growth, that eachconstruction enterprises must be addressed for the most important issue. Therefore,the meticulous of construction project management are increasingly concerned andimplemented by the large-scale construction enterprise, in order to improve theeconomic efficiency of the project and enhance the corporate image. Most domesticexperts and scholars have also been studied the meticulous of construction projectmanagement.Based on the systematic analysis of construction project management theory andmeticulous management theory, combined with the actual of construction projectmanagement of DK Company and the practices of author, we building the meticulousmanagement system of construction project of DK Company. The core content ofthis systems is Eight Project Management and Three Stages. In this paper wedescribed the implementation of the points of the system. To appraisal theconstruction project meticulous management, we put forward the principles, forms,methods, content. The system and assessment methods have been applied in DKCompany, and achieved good results.The system of meticulous management of construction project of DKConstruction Company was based on the idea of the standardized management,continuous improvement and full participation, emphasizing the role of culturalprojects in construction project management, have some innovative. These systemsrefining out, that the eight management and three phase key elements of meticulous management of construction projects, covering the full range of the wholeprocess of construction and project management, with scientific and universal. Theappraisal content of the meticulous management of construction project of DKcompany is comprehensive, reasonable and practical. Although the depth of this studyneed further refinement, both in theory and practice need to be further in-depth, butthis study has some practical significance for construction project management.
