A Study On Dwelling Unit Interior Space Design Of Public Rental Housing In Hangzhou

Hangzhou has been at the forefront of the country in indemnify housing construction,Because of the public rental housing is still in the initial stage, related theoretical research andpractical exploration is scarce, and to some extent, affects the quality of public housing designand living conditions.Guided by the Human body engineering and Inhabitation In this paper,taking Hangzhou first large-scale construction of “Pastoral Block Public Rental Housing” projectas a breakthrough point, Guided by the theory of Ergonomics and Inhabitation theory,Carries oninvestigation and combined with family structure and living demand of the applicant, analysis ofthe interior space area ratio, distribution facilities and space layout and summarizes the existingproblems. Optimize and adjust based on respect for the original apartment layout design indexaiming at creating a reasonable and the practical comfortable residence. So as to plays animportant role to future new public housing interior space design.In this paper, the layout is divided into four parts:The first part is the first and second chapter. The first chapter elaborates the researchbackground, purpose, significance, research methods and literature review. Clear thesis researchthinking and framework; The second chapter carding urban housing supply system in ourcountry,Focus on researching public rental concepts,characteristics, as well as public rentalpolicy evolution and the area of standard of China’s major cities, pave the way for the following.The second part is third chapter. According to the Human body engineering, Inhabitationand other related interior design theory, Combined with the relevant policies of Hangzhouissued, I from the family structure, residential behavior and demand points to explore the factorsaffecting public housing interior space, design principles and objectives of interior space design,lay a theoretical foundation for public rental housing interior space design research.The third part is the fourth chapter. In this chapter I conducted a field investigation andresearch Pastoral Block Public Rental Housing project in Hangzhou. Filtered the one bedroomand two bedroom apartments in the garden of Chunxiao and Xiayi as the research object,researched and analyzed the interior space, space layout, area ratio and use condition. Through acomprehensive grasp the actual demand for living space and existing problems, analyzes theexisting problems and defects of public rental housing in interior space process design.The fourth part is chapter fifth. Selected sets of one bedroom and two bedroom floor areaand plane layout are summarized and analyzed. Under the guidance of the human engineering,《Design code for residential buildings》(GB50096-2011)requirements, and combined with theresearch results according to the demand of each space, analyzed the furniture equipmentcommonly used size,layout and the reserved space. On the basis of the guarantee perfectfunction, and also strive to reduce waste, realize the reasonable layout of interior space and bettermeet the demand of living.The author arrives at conclusions below through the research:First, the theory of inhabitation and ergonomics plays a vital role in the interior space designof public rental housing. From the residential requirement’s point of view, and in the guide ofergonomics, designers not only supply a suitable scale relation of configuration of interior spacefacilities and reserving space, but work out a rational and comfortable space.Secondly, family structural types is the foundation of dwelling size design, once thegovernment can master guarantee objects’family structural types, it can be better to guarantee renters to obtain a relatively suitable dwelling size.Thirdly, the space design should be complex and flexible, and it asks for a sound space formand area ratio to improve space utilization.Public Rental Housing as an important part of public rental of affordable housing an alsoplay an important role in mitigating the urban low-income housing stress on families. Throughresidence science, ergonomics and indoor public rental space area ratio, aspect layout,size andconfiguration of the facilities and the lower limit of each space and area for targeted research tohelp improve the rationality of public rental indoor space effectively,and pay attention to theactual needs of low-income families, Which has strong theoretical research value and practicalsignificance.
