Study On The Design Of Interior Public Space In The High-rise Public Rental Housing

Public rental housing has grown up in recent years, and aims to solve living problems for these people who are the low-middle income earners and the difficult housing groups,it is the crucial affordable ho using. Much public housing is high-rise,and high-rise buildings widely exist some disadvantages, such as apathy between neighbours, lack of exchanges,little residents affection,security and comfort of public space are bad,and I find these problems are more obvious to public rental housing in the survey.Interior public space is the bond of model space in public rental housing,and also the place where most people could contact each other,so its design is very significant,and play an important role to achieve harmonious public rental settlement.The thesis choose interior public space of high-rise public rental housing as the research object,start with space requirements of residents.Through the survey of two typical public rental housing settlements in Chongqing and Kunming,some issues are settled respectively,and it also analyzes the forming reasons;Through the analysis of domestic and foreign outstanding cases,it provides important use for reference.At the same time,through quesstionnaries and interviews,it collects and sorts some residents’s advices,induct all kinds of requirements of the space,and explore how to produce its energy.Through the above information of collection,sorting,analysis and study,the thesis put forward the points and strategies of the design of interior public space in high-rise public rental housing,and try to apply them to the practice.
