Research On The Interior Matching Design Based On Interior Modular System Of Public Rental Housing For University Graduates

This thesis triggers a close attention to the set of public rental housing interiordesign based on current living environment of university graduates and the problemsappeared in public housing interior design. Through the analysis of relevant theoreticalknowledge and practical cases, together with a deep investigation of a graduates group,the author analyzes that the key issue for public housing interior design is the lack ofsystematic understanding of interior design and related design basis, and the finalsolution in this article is the interior matching design based on interior modular system.The interior matching design based on interior modular system performs the “scale”a new survey from the perspective of exploring size, facilities and furnishings, lifestylebehaviors, and the scaling relation between the ergonomic evaluation throughmathematical simulation model; it also strives to find a "module" with highest degree ofadaptation. It guides the selection and design of indoor facilities and display to achievea complete set of design system as "space-behavior-facilities and furnishings-item".The core concept is an overall consideration of comprehensive indoor factors with thecombination of science and art; it is an experimental design method with certainuniversality and practicality.According to space conditions and actual needs, this thesis makes indications ofstandard and principle and deduces a variety of minimum and optimal layouts adaptedto different living demands, which can be taken as reference to public housingarchitectural design.This thesis desires to focus on the research of interior matching design based oninterior modular system, and improves the system of public rental housing interiordesign as well as makes suggestions for the architecture design of public rental housing;Moreover, it tries to improve the university graduates living environment to promotetheir physical and mental development and reflects humanistic care; ultimatelyoptimizes industry resources, and promoting rational consumption to contribute to thenational construction of harmonious society and sustainable development.
