Research On The Dwelling Design Of The Public Rental Housing In Huangcun Of Daxing District In Beijing

Housing construction in China has made great achievements for it solves thehousing problems for millions of people. Under the circumstance of the implementationof commodity history in1998, the type of dwelling has been enriched. On the otherhand, in order to safeguard the people’s housing problems, our country hasimplemented the affordable housing policy, the condominiums have been changed asthe changes of the market need, the unit of welfare housing has become the purpose isto let more and more low-income and people who can not afford to solve their housingproblems, there are the Public Rental Housing. The focus of this study is the dwellingdesign of the Public Rental Housing in Huangcun of Daxing District in Beijing.This paper introduces the development history of public rental housing policy athome and abroad, as well as the revelation to us. Then analys Beijing’s public housingproject and summarize the problem of the model design. Based on the above analysis,this paper put forward the model design ideas and methods,then the methods are appliedin practice——make adaptive model design for Beijing daxing huangcun public rentalhousing projects,and discuss the standardization and modular design.The research of Beijing daxing huangcun public rental housing projects can be asample of the large-scale construction of public housing in Beijing,even in China.
