Therefore, this article will further analysis andimprove public housing construction, enhance the applicability of the public housinginterior space.By visiting investigation understands, public rental housing to live mainly onforeign work no room is given priority to, and did not enjoy the housing oflow-income groups. Live according to the part of the group of public rental housingdemand, this paper approaches to the rental living environment were analyzed, andthe starting of "applicability" in the public housing environment, location and thedeficiency of the public housing now living environment carries on the analysis andSuggestions, which in turn for public housing rent problem is analyzed and discussed;Secondly the paper for different living groups illustrates the different types of publichousing and its corresponding to public housing area standard definition, and broughtto rent model analysis, and for single renting and many people rent of public housing, to provide appropriate to the family structure, to reduce the rate of space, maximizethe use of public housing space.
