With the rapid development of China’s economy, the acceleration ofurbanization, continuous improvement of living standards, to improve people’shousing needs of increase as the steady development of China’s real estate industryinto rapid upgrade period. Real estate projects with investment, long project cycleand uncertain factors and other characteristics, the development of real estateprojects carried plays a vital role in scientific and reasonable feasibility studies,project investment decisions will be, and also to control investment risk one, toensure reasonable prerequisite for the smooth development. Therefore, we mustregulate and strengthen the project’s feasibility study on the property, through aseries of research and analysis, decision to adopt scientific methods ofinvestment, risk-averse, rational planning, provide a favorable basis forproject decision-making and implementation.Addition to the introduction, the paper consists of four parts.The second part is related to the theoretical part, discusses the theoreticalstudy of real estate construction projects. These theories include project estimatingbasic economic theory, project financial evaluation of the basic theory, projectsensitivity and comprehensive evaluation theory, Residential construction projecttechnical standards for theory.A third section focuses on the current situation Residential projects wereanalyzed. Were discussed in terms of the construction project description, projectplanning, construction plan, facilities plan, energy-saving programs,organizations and property management programs. The project name is pointed BZCity A residential district construction projects, favorable geographic location andappropriate commercial, cultural environment, an ideal location for theconstruction of commercial and residential areas, there is great value for development and broad market prospects; project planning in line with todayInternational Habitat project development, in line with national policies, in linewith the urban development planning requirements of BZ, BZ city meets the socialwelfare housing and residential units to raise funds to build housingcommercialization phase transition needs. Construction of the project will helppromote the development of other industries of BZ City.A fourth part of the residential area construction projects objectively evaluateand propose should pay attention to the problem. Investment estimate and fundingfrom the residential area, the overall efficiency of the evaluation of specificevaluation of projects.
