Study On The Incremental Cost Of The Green Building Based On The Life Cycle Perspective

The environmental protection is the biggest characteristic of green building and the early stage of the inputs is high,using save energy,reduce energy consumption in order to reduce operating costs.This thesis will in the whole life cycle cost of the green building influence factors analysis,as a case of green office building,the factors influencing green building the whole life cycle cost,and analyzes its effect,put forward the corresponding advice on cost control to build quantitative analysis model.This thesis focuses on the green building whole life cycle incremental cost,compared with the traditional construction cost,and traditional buildings difference in the cost of green building smaller benchmark costs,this thesis described the main factors affecting cost focuses on incremental cost within the whole life cycle of green building.This thesis expounds the thesis research background and significance,current research level,using the method of literature review and the keyword frequency selection for green building cost influencing factors of initial recognition,by using the questionnaire survey method,factor analysis and SPSS analysis software in the green building correction to determine the influential factors of cost and detailed cost calculation model,put forward the corresponding cost controls to provide reasonable suggestions.E office building project in Tianjin as a case,analyzes its design concept.Through the analysis of the affecting factors for the whole life cycle of green building and the analysis of the corresponding cost control measures,through quantitative analysis,should pay attention to the evaluation of the project preparation phase decision-making and design scheme optimization selection links,in the process of construction stage for the use of energy and water conservation and other technical level,as well as the ability to use the green environmental protection material will play a great influence on green building cost,at the same time pay attention to the influence of countries and regions related policies and regulations,starting from the overall perspective of the whole life cycle,on the analysis of the green building costs influence factors are fully cognition,then do more targeted cost control goal.
