| At present, with the fierce competition in the international market and oversupply of domestic market, the machinery industry is facing many challenges, how to design and produce the products meet the demand of users, won a good market feedback is a permanent challenge for the designers and manufacturers. User not only requires the product functional, but also hopes emotion of products. The key to enhance the competitiveness of products is how to quickly and accurately extract the emotional needs of the users. So the research of Kansei Engineering that can effectively extract the emotional needs of users, has received the widespread attention of experts and scholars both at home and abroad, and becomes the research hot spot.This research belongs to the reacher of Kansei Engineering. In this research, the author excavated the emotional images of user and designer for the product modeling, proposed the identification method of product modeling elements based on the Rough Set Theory, and extracted the Personality elements and platform elements based on imagination and emotion. Modeling scheme, with the guidance of these studies, could satisfy both users and designers.This research includes three stages. Each stage of the research contents and research results are as follows.In the first stage, we studied mining method of the emotional image and its technical process.And took bending machine for example, surveyed designers and end users with SD questionnaire, finally got the rating form about the emotional image scale of both. In the second stage, put forward a kind of modeling factor identification method that conformed to the emotional imagery of designers and end users, based on the Rough Set Theory. Firstly, based on the investigation of product of emotional image, we extracted and platform elements by deleting the attribute reduction method blindly. After that, we sorted personality factors by emotional image, based on the cognitive differences between designers and end users. And Identified model elements that meet ideal emotional imagery for both used for product positioning. In the third stage, combined existing method of product positioning with identification method of modeling elements based on the Rough Set Theory.On this account, reshaped the structure of bending machine, meanwhile verified and analyzed the designing propose.The results show that the method had good adaptability for completing product positioning accurately and communicating cognitive difference. And it could guide stule design of product imagery. |
