In recent years, with the development of economy, our country road enterprise vigorous development.The pace of the highway maintenance, however, tend to keep pace with the construction of highway, which lead to all kinds of road diseases, and appeared more highway diseases, such as pumping slurry, so and escapes, etc, when the disease is severe, usually to overhaul was carried out on the road.More common approach is to remove the old cement concrete pavement crack, change to a new road with natural aggregate.However, such not only can produce a large amount of waste concrete, but also takes up a lot of land, the pollution to the environment will be increasingly heavier, even will consume large amounts of natural resources.Therefore, how to regeneration recycling waste concrete, to achieve resource conservation, environmental protection is of great significance. However, due to the economic development of our country starts late, to study regeneration using recycled aggregates is relatively backward compared with the developed country, still in the initial stages of research. Recycled aggregate is divided into recycled coarse aggregate and recycled fine aggregate, this paper will use recycled coarse aggregate as the main object of study.Based on the current market price of the recycled aggregates of various materials, economic social and environmental benefits were analyzed, and the use of Ansys software to different the natural aggregate concrete or mortar strength grade has the recycled aggregate concrete road pavement under the action of vehicle load, calculating the maximum displacement and the road surface and subgrade soil base under the action of vehicle load, the change of displacement, the main contents are as follows:(1)By looking at the domestic and foreign development and application of recycled concrete in road situation, points out the gap of domestic and foreign research on recycled aggregate, recycled concrete pavement are preliminarily the problems existing in the development.(2)By comparing the performance of recycled aggregate and natural aggregate difference to analyze the characteristics and some basic properties of recycled concrete aggregate, and concluded the three characteristics of recycled aggregates.(3)According to the properties of the recycled aggregates, from recycled aggregate volume fraction, mortar interface with the microstructure analysis of recycled concrete aggregate and so on interface properties of recycled aggregate.(4)According to the interface characteristics of recycled aggregates, put forward by improving the strength of the recycled concrete cement slurry used method, make the recycled concrete to achieve the requirement of the natural aggregate concrete. Then from the production cost of recycled aggregate and recycled concrete according to the production cost as well as the comprehensive cost of economic environmental benefits analysis.(5)The use of Ansys software to model, through the car plates on winkler foundation under transient dynamic vertical displacement, is obtained by increasing the strength of the cement slurry of recycled concrete to meet the needs of the natural aggregate concrete is feasible.
