In this article, the writer did simple statistics and analysis of digital grid, digitalhigh-voltage electrical equipment, research and development of gas-insulated switchgearstatus quo at home and abroad, discussed the the necessity of the development of digitalhigh-voltage electrical equipmentIn this paper, the writer analyzed the structure and function of the digital substationthat meets IEC61850,for the communication function of the intelligence unit, did detailedintroduction of the model of digital substation communication service mapping, dataattributes and the frame structure, highlighting the SCL file parsing process. According tothe status quo of China’s digital GIS development, the writer proposed the digital GISimplementation featured with traditional mode of production, low cost, low barriers,putting forward a reasonable monitoring of content on-line monitoring circuit breakers,describing a typical intelligent GIS unit control objectives and configuration information.In this paper, according to the writer proposed IEC61850-9-2standard, the writerpresenting a detailed design of a low-cost intelligent terminal, adopting innovative drivedesign,optimizing for stability and real-time for the network layer communication,proving after optimization software can achieve a higher response rate through thePowerPC and VxWorks platform. The writer carried out a detailed design andimplementation of intelligent digital GIS actuator unit, did a lot of experiments throughthe intelligent terminal GOOSE message, points, closing state, as well as intelligent unitdisplacement upload packet response time, the results showing the intelligent terminalprogram not only meets the requirements of fast packet transmission delay of less than3ms,and also improving the stability of the transmission delay under different conditions. In this paper, the design of digital substation network meets the demand, improving the promotionof production technology of digital GIS intelligent terminal.
