Development Of Building Energy Efficiency Assessment Simulation System

Existing building energy efficiency evaluation system has many deficiencies, such as wiring complexity, man-machine interface is not friendly enough, the software over-reliance on the use of computers and high environmental requirements, poor recovery, poor security. To solve these problems, This system replaces the traditional computer management with embedded terminals, while available for wireless communications, remote alarm and other services. This system can be applied to further practical engineering.The main work is as follows:Firstly, the paper analyzes the current situation of building energy efficiency evaluation system, and analyzes the existing building energy efficiency evaluation system deficiencies, as well as the content of the system and other innovations are outlined.Secondly, the paper introduces the definition and algorithm of building energy efficiency. In addition, the actual efficiency data were analyzed to assess the significance of building energy efficiency.Then, this paper introduces a management system based on Qt programming. Focuses on the data processing management system software, communication systems procedures,3G and Ethernet sending and receiving mechanism, building energy efficiency evaluation algorithm and dynamic library implementation, alarm SMS processes, human-computer interface design, and so on.Fourthly, this paper has been to achieve a variety of communication methods. The system is based on micro2440produced by friendly arm, and related various expansion modules. Also studied the hardware design and wireless transmission system programming, including a radio frequency module based on CC2500and a3G module.In addition, also in CC2500example, describes a Linux-based terminal driver layer programmingFinally, we realized the data acquisition system. I introduced the hardware design and software design of data acquisition system, made the building energy simulation software based on the actual data collection in a cigarette factory. The simulation software provides data to the whole building energy efficiency evaluation system to detect all of its performance. Meanwhile, in view of the sensor data acquisition functions CD itself is perfect, and no further improvement, the paper will not go into specific acquisition and sensor parts.The system hardware and software design are considered a high versatility, not only can be used for building energy efficiency assessment system, by changing the different sensor modules can also be used with other monitoring networks.
