Research Ying Shouyingzi Spatial Stiticture Of Cheng Dc City Area Under Industrial Restructuring Background

Resources are crucial for urban economic development since the rise ofresource-based city is accompanied by the resources development. With the gradualdepletion of resources, leading industries change, which will result in the urban spatialstructure of resource-based cities. Therefore, the study on the main power, evolution, andurban spatial structure model of industrial transformation of resource-based city spatialstructure is of great importance.With the process of resource exploitation which includes “generation, growth,maturity, transition” process, leading industry type is also from the traditional miningindustry to integrated manufacturing industries. And in that process, the urban spatialstructure also changes. As that background, this paper ties to study on the future urbanspatial structure of Cheng De Ying Shouyingzi.With the combination of theory and practice of project, the main research contents ofthis paper also include theory and practice aspects.And the theory consists of two aspects as follows:Firstly, this paper discusses the current research of the resource-based city and urbanspatial structure research and the definition of related concepts as well. Secondly, thispaper explores the evolution of the industrial development and urban spatial structure, theprocess of resource-based industry development, and the corresponding evolution ofresource-based city spatial structure. thirdly，this paper focused on the mechanism ofindustrial development on the evolution of spatial structure, analysis of industrydevelopment by changing the city function so as to promote the city spatial structureevolution.In terms of the cases study, this paper analyzes two typical resource-based cites ofLiaoning Fushun and Anhui Huainan.Practice includes four parts:Firstly, by analyzing the status about industry, environment, and spatial structure ofYing Shouyingzi District, while evaluating as contributing factors, restrictive factors andchallenging factors, this paper finds out that the industrial transformation is the maindynamic of its spatial reconstruction.Secondly, resources near depletion in Ying Shouyingzi District, thus the leadingindustries which include mining and primary processing industry will shift to themanufacturing industry. Therefore, by researching the direction of industry transition andindustrial transformation patterns, this paper put forward its strategy of development.Thirdly, this paper concludes the function of Ying Shouyingzi District as “thedemonstration area of the resource-exhausted cities, and the eco-city with industrialtourism and cultural characteristics”. By predicting the development trend of new areaand the old town, this paper derives Ying Shouyingzi area as a “multi center urban spatial structure”.Finally, this paper summarizes the planning and implementation rules of “multicenter urban spatial structure”, while put forward the guiding strategy and guaranteemeasures for the realization of the spatial structure.
