We select41hybrid (F1) cattles of good health, growth and development, and cattles aged10to21months of red Angus were male parent. We study their weight, body size and growth and development regularity; the conventional and biochemical index of blood and urine in the production conditions, the results show that:In the same month age, the group of AZ are higher than AQ group in the index of the body length, height, chest circumference, waist Angle high, wide Angle wide. This explains that AZ group is bigger than AQ group in the weight and shape of body, and particularly in the early fattening, along with the increase of the months of two groups of weight gap is diminishing trend. AQ group weight and body measurements for all major growth index is higher than the AZ group in growth rate of the overall; Two groups of beef cattle’s index of weight, length, body height, chest circumference, waist Angle wide, waist Angle high, and both increase as the month and stable growth, and between months of age showed a linear correlation. Two groups of trialing beef cattle blood white blood count (WBC), red blood cell count (RBC), the hemoglobin amount (HGB), red blood cell deposited (HCT), average red blood cell hemoglobin amount (MCH), average red blood cell volume distribution width (RDW), platelet count (PLT), platelet deposited (PCT), platelet volume distribution width (PDW), platelet average volume (MPV) blood routine indexes in the normal range, the Mean Corpuscular Volume (MCV) below normal range. And these conventional index of beef cattle no significant difference between the two groups (p>0.05). In this experiment study, two groups of beef cattle blood part ion level like K+, Na+, Cl-and Mg++in the normal range, the Ca++ion level below the normal level, the blood P higher than normal. Two groups of experimental cow urine bilirubin, ketone body, blood, protein, nitrite, white, glucose and vitamin C was not detected in. Urobilinogen, proportion and pH value is in the normal range; Two groups of testing hybrid beef cattle urine in Ca, P, K, Mg and Na plasma content are within the normal range. Animal organism for mineral ion content the self-adjustment ability conventional minerals ion concentration in the blood and urine are not too big changes.
