Adzuki bean has a long history of cultivation in China, rich in nutritional value andunique health care function. It has become an important raw material in food developmentand export products, but due to the late start of adzuki bean research in China, the growingareas of poor ecological conditions, cultivation backward technology, failed to give full playto the advantages and potential of the adzuki bean. To this end, this study adopts the methodof combining field and laboratory analysis, functional leaves of flowering to mature stage ofdifferent production levels adzuki bean flowering pod festival bit of dry matter accumulationand partitioning, reactive oxygen metabolism indicators determination of the different densityfield microclimate characteristics and yield of adzuki bean groups conducted a systematicstudy to reveal the adzuki bean yield formation of internal physiological mechanisms andhigh-yielding varieties to adapt to the environment mechanism. The aim was to provide ascientific guidance for high-yield cultivation of the various adzuki bean cultivars anddevelopment of new cultivars. The results were as follows:After adzuki bean flowering, dry matter accumulation of plant aboveground and grainshowed a trend for increased and then decreased, and all decreases with the increasing ofplant density; In different densities, the dry matter accumulation of the unit area of differentcultivar groups lowed after increased first, and have increased with the increasing density; Inthe cultivars, the dry matter accumulations of individual plant apparatus, such as leaf、leafarea and stalk, changed as a single-peak curve, they transported to the seeds at different stagesafter the amount of their dry matter accumulation reached the maximal value. In differentcultivars, dry matter accumulation and transport capacity of high-yielding varieties in thevarious organs were lower after flowering. After adzuki bean flowering, SOD activity and chlorophyll content have beendecreasing gradually, and then declined with the increasing density; POD activity and MDAcontent showed an upward trend, along with density increased they increased. Compared withlow-yield cultivar, SOD activity of the leaves that were main stems at different floweringnodes in high-yield cultivar was higher and that reduced more slowly,POD activity and MDAcontent were lower. Meanwhile, high-yield cultivar still had a higher level of chlorophyll content that effectively enhanced its photosynthetic capability at the late growth stage. After adzuki bean flowering, as the height from ground increased, the air temperatureand illumination in row among different adzuki bean groups all raised, and the temperatureand illumination in different heights increased with the increasing of density; The soiltemperature decreased with soil depth increased, and all declined with the increasing ofdensity in different adzuki bean cultivar groups; In different cultivar groups, relativehumidity in row reduced as the height from ground increased, and relative humidity indifferent heights increased with the increasing of density. Compared with low-yield cultivar,high-yield cultivar showed lower canopy temperature and air temperature, lower soiltemperature and smaller illumination among plants, higher relative humidity in row.
