The unique conditions and foundation by the West Park in the city of Shihezi raised Xinjiang wild arga li and hybrid ewes, combining with different reproductive physiology node earlier argali F1ewes before est rus, artificial insemination ago, carries on the determination and comparison of blood and some physiologic al and biochemical indexes has made the preliminary research results and reference materials, crossbreedin g to continue and further argali, lay the foundation for breed-ing new varieties of hybrid sheep breeding and management, nutrition and disease prevention.1.The argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep estrus synchronization of estrus, the serum total biliru bin,direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, alanine aminotransferase, blood glucose, blood ketone body, bloo d acidity determination, analysis and comparison results show:argali crossbred ewes and Bash total bilirubi n, worship the ewes synchronization of estrus after direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase determination of a verage numerical value lower than estrus before, with significant difference (p<0.01), the mean value of glu tamate-pyruvate transaminase determination is higher than the value before estrus, difference is very signifi cant (p<0.01),blood glucose, blood ketone body is higher than the value before estrus, Bashibai differences of blood glucose concentration ewes were significantly (p<0.01); argal F1ewes and Bashibai serum total bi lirubin, direct bilirubin, alkaline phosphatase, ewe, alanine aminotransferase, blood ketone body compared t o the same period although the difference, but the difference was not significant (P>0.05), in which blood glucose in estrus synchronization of estrus synchronization, blood acidity at the difference was significant (P<0.01). This comparison of the results:argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep by exogenous progestero ne, FSH, prostaglandin, ovulation and regulation of Reproduction Hormone and estrous, not only can prom ote the argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep on time synchronization, and have different degrees of im pact the index of liver function and glucose metabolism level.2. Through the argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep estrus synchronization and the total serum calciu m, serum phosphorus, serum potassium, magnesium, blood, serum sodium, serum chloride six major eleme nts of the measurement and analysis results show:argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep estrus after cal cium content higher than the same period before estrus, a significant difference,(P<0.05), which has a clos e relationship with the secretion of estrogen, luteinizing hormone and reproductive hormone, correlation bet ween the other five major elements and oestrus and ovulation is not too large.3.Through the argali crossbred ewes and Bashibai sheep estrus synchronization of HB hemoglobin, red blo od cell count (RBC), platelet count (PLT), white blood cell count (WBC), total lymphocyte count (LYM), g ranulocyte (GRAN), intermediate cell ratio (MID) determination and comparison results show numerical:a rgali F1ewes estrus after most index decreased to some extent, and Bashibai sheep estrus after most of the i ndicators have increased to some extent, but the difference was not significant. The results showed that exo genous progesterone, FSH, prostaglandin, ovulation and reproductive hormones in sheep after estrus, physi ological indexes in sheep (blood routine examination index) changes have not obvious effects basically.
