| The paper investigated the species of mosquitoes and flies on Pleurotus ostreatus through the production in the main fungi plantations at Nanning outskirts, found out their law of growth and decline in one year. At the same time, several kinds of taxis of Bradysia difformis were studied. The paper also evaluated the control efficiency of following measures to mushroom mosquitoes and flies in mushroom shed:capturing and killing using yellow sticky plate, putting gray plastic membrane on fungus sacks to scatter, insulating using60-mesh insect-proof nets. The results were summarized as below:1. The common mushroom mosquitoes and flies on Pleurotus ostreatus in Nanning included Bradysia difformis, Scatopse sp., Mycophila fungicola, Megaselia scalaris, Drosophila melanogaster, Drosophila immigrans, Megaselia sp. Etc. Bradysia difformis and Scatopse sp. were the dominant species because of the large number and serious damage. And the peak period of damaging is the time from beginning of March to beginning of April each year.2. Bradysia difformis possessed the most strongly positive taxis to the scent of mushroom mycelium of Pleurotus ostreatus, the scent of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus geesteranus and Mushroom followed. Bradysia difformis possessed negative taxis to the scent of fruiting bodies of Pleurotus eryngii, Straw mushroom and Hypsizigus marmoreus. Mushroom mosquitoes and flies possessed taxis to frequency oscillation pest-killing lamb no difference from to pest-killing lamp special for edible mushroom. The number of mushroom mosquitoes and flies captured and killed by dense geid frequency oscillation pest-killing lamb or pest-killing lamp special for edible mushroom more then that by ordinary geid frequency oscillation pest-killing lamb or mosquito-killing lamp significantly. Among the eight kinds of tested sticky plates, mushroom mosquitoes and flies strongly possessed positive taxis to the yellow plate (RGB:2552150), strongly possessed negative taxis to the gray plate (R G B:169169169)3. The control efficiency of capturing and killing using yellow sticky plate in mushroom shed was23.1%, and the control measures finally increased yield by10.1%. The scattering effect of gray plastic membrane increased yield by14.1%, meanwhile, reduced fungus sacks damaged rate by13.3%, which were significant. The60-mesh gauze could prevent three tested species of mushroom mosquitoes and flies from passing through. Insulating using60-mesh insect-proof nets in mushroom shed could stop sacks being damaged and increase yield by40.2%, the control efficiency were significant. In this paper, the species of mushroom mosquitoes and flies on Pleurotus ostreatus in Nanning were first reported, their law of growth and decline in one year were summed up. At the same time, it were first discovered that Gray (RGB:169169169) had scattering effect to mushroom mosquitoes and flies. |
