The wild tea plant belong to Division Angiospermae、camellia Section Thea, and camellia is a kindof agener aldesignation of section Thea wild species. Its leaves can be produced tea, belongs to thesubtropical evergreenpiants. There is broad geographic distribution in china, the wild tea plant is easy toadapt to different ecological environment..Germplasm resources Which survived is provided withunique adaptability and genetic diversity by the way of natural domestication, and it bears a hugeproduction potential, has a valuable use and also valuable wealth of improved varieties. This study usesthe methods of the basic statistics and principal component analysis for100copies of YunNan wild teapiant. The aim is at screening, breeding excellent tea germplasm, effective protection and rational use ofresources to provide strong scientific basis. The result shows that:1.Just for agronomic traits.25agronomic traits of wild tea plants in YunNan has a great range ofvariation between15.99%and93.73%.According to principal component analysis of25agronomictraits,the contribution rate is55.185%of the first seven principal components.According to clusteringanalysis of agronomic trais, there are three cluster categories at the genetic distance of761cm.Betweenthe first class The main characteristics of germination density is higher, bud and leaf pubescence, leafsize, leaf shape mainly to large oblong, inflexed, soft, yellow green, a bud and three hundred bud weight, white flower differentiation.the second class agronomic traits show green tea and uplift foliage as wellas bud hairs,so you can choose the excellent resources of these quality traits as excellent varieties ofgreen yea by the way of foster parents. The third category bud leaves show a specific micro-purple andfoliage of micre hunch.2.Just for main chemical componts. The coefficient of variation is between0.587%and0.769%.The cumulative contribution rate including four main components reached100%by the way ofmultivariate principal component analysis,The100wild tea plant resources in genetic distance of84.6clustered into three categories based on the four conventional clustering analysis,It provides the reliablethe theoretical basis for breeding specific varies of high caffeine, polyhenols, low polyphenols, lowamino acids.3.Just for catechin component. The coefficient of of variation is between0.121%and0.347%.Theprincipal component analysis result shows that the four principal components cumulative contributionrate is87.8262%,There are three categories as100copies wild tea plant resources by the way ofclustering analysis. There are wildlife resources such as high EGCG, low EGCG,ECG,GA,and itprovides a scirntific basis for breeding excellent high catechin resources and low-catechin tea varieties.4.Just for suitable system. There are more than20copies resources are suitable for making greentea,17copies of resources are suitable for making black tea,as well as more than60copies for blackand green tea.
