| Corn stalk is available resources. At present, about50%of the stalks are situ crushed asorganic fertilizer by returning counters-field, or recycled for silage through stalk and cornunited harvest machine. But, the blade and hammer of the crush-returning machine on cornstalk have quick wear speed and high power consumption, and the working performance ofstalk and corn united harvest machine is low. All these restrict the large area to recycle of cornstalk and the large area to promote conservation tillage technology in the wheat-corn area. Inorder to solve these problems, we designed one crush-returning machine of tooth claw type oncorn straw, and developed the mechanism of bundle network and its control system on balingapparatus for maize baling combine.Crush-returning machine of tooth claw type on corn straw consists of stem cutting hob,pickup of cornstalk, inlet roller, pulverizing room, vibration roller, transmission agent,suspension frame, rack side plate, and so on. It is drew by the tractor. It has the structuralfeatures such as, the hob was design with floating installation, which improves the ability ofground copy imitate resemble, when the hob cutting stalk. Pickup of cornstalk was putted touse “D†slide rail, which picks corn stalk cleanly. Inlet roller was design with floatinginstallation, which can adjust the feeding roller clearance on the basis of the feed rate of cornstalk. The whole straw crushing process has low power consumption, no cutter abrading, andgood crushing effect. This reduces the operation cost of common people in straw returned,improves the effect of straw returned, ascends corn straw processing mechanization level, andperfects the mechanization conservation tillage technology system of wheat-corn.In the silage baling corn united harvest machine, which was designed by project team,we modified and designed the facilities such as sending bale net wrap, cutting bundle of grassnetwork, etc.. We optimized the structure parameters and working parameters. We determinedthe program of cutting bundle of grass network and the form of bale net wrap throughexperiment. All these realize the matching between the cutting table and the work efficiencyof banding unit, and meet the requires of the corn stalk silage banding and the dry corn strawrecovery operation banding.In order to improve the working performance and the automation degree of equipment,we developed the control system of baling process. The control system took STC89C52MCUas core, speed encoder and travel switch as detecting element, electromagnetic clutch and electromagnetic hydraulic valve as executive component. The display screen could instantwatch the action process. The system, which was designed through the modularizationmethods, could enforce two modes, automatic and manual. In automatic mode, every action ofbanding unit can work according to the process setting. Baling doesn’t need stopping.Working efficiently is high. In manual mode, every action of banding unit, which iscorrespond with one function key, can be accurate finished. Display module can show everyaction of banding unit, in time. Bale density and turns of winding bale net wrap can beadjusted according to the situation of corn stalk. This meets the requirements of ensiling anddry straw banding to the different cycles of winding nets and different bale density, whenharvest maize straw. The system had high interference ability and worked smoothly.Crush-returning machine of tooth claw type on corn straw, the mechanism of bundlenetwork and its control system were had carried on respectively prototype of the trialproduction in Shandong Taianfengtai mechanical manufacturing company and ShandongRongchenghaishan mechanical manufacturing company. Test results show that, the prototypeswork well, safely and unfailingly and the main parameter can satisfy the techniques of maizestraw processing and the requirements of prototype design. |
