"BiNa-1" is a new flue-cured tobacco varieties according to the geographical environment and climate conditions in BIJIE. In order to further play to the characteristics of flue-cured tobacco varieties and promote the popularization and application, the varieties characteristics, cultivation techniques and baking technology application of "BiNa-1" are studied in this paper. The main research results are as follows:1."BiNa-1" is more leaf, longer field growth period and faster mature than "yunyan85" and "yunyan87". End of the baking is the end of September;2. In the field,"BiNa-1" is early growing medium and growing stronger in the late, it is growing greatly better than "yunyan85" in the rapid growth period, it is the highest of tobacco plant, larger leaf area and the parietal lobe open a piece of good after multi-topping;3. The beginning of fine cured tobacco appearance quality is good,It’s upper leaves is softand luster, it’s color is orange, the area yield and economic indicators is higher than contrast varieties;4."BiNa-1" is moderate fertility of soil in cultivation, the application rate is8.0kg every667m2,the reasonable planting density is110cm×70-70cm.the most suitable for transplanting period in the middle of April and the most reasonable leave leaf number28;5. The central and upper leaves is optimum ripe harvest, the lower leavesadopt early harvest, the normal mature middle leaves and upper leaves can be baked, it’s leaf tobacco baking characteristics consistent with the" three-step "baking theory, it’s can be baked in accordance with the" three-step "baking theory, and the best dry bulb temperature is65"Cin dried tendons.
